The year in which Lydia Lunch organizes a short musical career retrospective tour.

The purpose of this live series is "stretching the boundaries of musical sado/masochism using the audience as both voyeur and aural whipping post, The Willing Victim will transgress musical genres ranging from psycho-ambient illustrated spoken word morphing beyond trance inducing heavy groove, ultimately culminating in a free jazz sonic apocalypse". Recruited were Nels Cline [Geraldine Fibbers, Scarnella, Smoke In The Shadows], Al Kizys [Swans,Foetus], Norman Westberg [Swans,Foetus] and Vinnie Signorelli [Swans,Foetus].
