Lydia leaves Los Angeles in February 1982 and moves to Europe. She resides in London and Berlin. She will only return to the US in May 1984 (except for a few trips in between).

Note 2: In 1839, Franz Stollwerck opened a factory in Cologne, producing cough bonbons. By 1860 the production was extended by chocolate, marzipan and gingerbread. The factory was operational until the late 1970's. In 1980 the derelict Stollwerck was occupied and throughout the 80's used as a cultural centre by "Pallazzo Schoko and Regenbogenhaus" organisation.

Thirlwell [aka Clint Ruin, Foetus] and some guitar overdubs done by Thurston Moore [Sonic Youth] @ Martin Bisi's BC studios in Brooklyn,New York. The final album was only released in March 1988, without the consent of Nick Cave and Mick Harvey (they are listed on the album with aliases) because of the 1987 remixing which didn't leave many of the originals intact.
